COMMON ROOMS - Our guests feel as if they are staying in a home and not just a room. As you enter our New Orleans B&B, our front parlor is a sun-filled room, welcoming you to relax in our oversized couches and browse through the books, tourist guides, and magazines we have available for you. The front room is the perfect spot to revive yourself after a day of seeing the sights and preparing for a night on the town. We have many brochures about local points of interest and are happy to help you plan your day.

DINING ROOM - Off the main hall is our dining room, with tall windows allowing the eastern light to fill the room. Breakfast is served daily, offering seasonal fresh fruit, hot home-cooked entrees, and pastries. Enjoy each other's company and linger over that second cup of coffee around the table with new friends or wander out to the veranda and enjoy the porch swing and the smell of wisteria.

FRONT PORCH- Glide on our porch swing and watch the world go by. We are only two blocks from St. Charles Avenue, yet it feels as if you are in the middle of the country. A perfect spot for sipping a glass of wine, reading a book, or just letting your mind drift. Birds singing, gentle breezes, and the scents of sweet olive trees are all waiting for you.
